3. Payment Terms

5. Customer Responsibilities

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule their moving services, but must do so within the timeframes specified to avoid incurring fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

A fee equivalent to 10% of the total service cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move.
